How to buy?
Add items of your choice to your shopping basket. All prices are in euros and include 20% VAT.
Review your shopping basket and fill in the data required for placing an order. Customer data, incl. contact details and order information, are not disclosed to unauthorised persons, incl. the customer’s family members and relatives. Information is disclosed to third parties only with the customer’s written consent. The delivery fee is added to the price of the goods and depends on the chosen delivery method. Domestic orders are delivered within 7 business days.
You can pay for the order via a bank link or with VISA or MasterCard.
Delivery and returns
Once you have successfully paid for your goods, you will receive a respective e-mail confirmation that includes the details of your order. If you do not receive this e-mail, make sure to contact our customer service. We will then begin compiling your order. Once the order is complete, we will ship it and you will receive a respective e-mail confirmation (“Your order has been shipped”).
You can order your goods to OMNIVA or ITELLA SmartPOST parcel terminals and to ADELLI Shop by choosing “click and collect” as the delivery method.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
Am I able to return products purchased from the online store?
YES! If you ordered a product, but its size or shape are not right, no problem!
Post the product to the ADELLI online store returns by OMNIVA or ITELLA SmartPOST parcel terminals point of your choice within 14 days and we will refund you within a week.
Products being returned must be in their original packaging and unused with all original tags intact. If a product is dirty or the terms and conditions of returning it have been breached in another way, Adelli Kaubanduse OÜ has the right to refuse to accept the returned product.
For hygiene reasons underwear, swimming wear, socks and tights cannot be returned.
Can I exchange products purchased from the online store?
You can exchange items by ordering a new product and returning the unsuitable one. To obtain a new size, model or colour, simply place a new order for a new product in the ADELLI online store and return the unsuitable product.
To exchange products purchased as part of a promotion, you must also return the products to the returns point and place a new order. If the promotion has ended by the time you place your new order, you will not be able to make a new purchase at the previous campaign price.
How do I return products via a parcel machine?
There is no return code for orders placed in the ADELLI online store. When returning products via a parcel machine, the products must be posted as a new private customer’s shipment and the postage must be paid.
Note: The delivery fee is not subject to a refund.

For what purpose is personal data processed?
Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods.
The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.
Personal data, such as e-mail, telephone number, customer name, is processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services.
The online address of the online store user or other network identifiers are processed by the online store as for the provision of information society services and for the production of web usage statistics.
The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Personal data is passed on to the online store’s customer support to manage purchases and purchase history and to solve customer problems.
The name, telephone number, e-mail address and delivery address will be communicated to the transport service provider.

A newsletter service provider with whom a contract has been concluded for the secure processing of data.
